Leadership, employability, and development (LEAD) opportunities for young people in Perth and Kinross.

The LEAD Sport programmes are delivered in collaboration between Active Schools, Sports Development, Perth College, community clubs and schools. They are designed to help young people:

• Develop the skills needed to become successful leaders in sport, school, further education, and work.
• Gain nationally recognised qualifications and skills for work. Young people will have the opportunity to increase their educational achievement and boost their CV.
• Develop confidence in their own ability to lead sport. Young people will be given individually tailored experiences and mentoring within schools, clubs, and Live Active facilities.
