Lead Sport - College Community Coaches
Perth UHI, Sport Development Officers and Active Schools PK have teamed up with wider stakeholders such as sportscotland, clubs and national governing bodies to provide sports students with meaningful placement and volunteering opportunities in sport and recreation. Students have had an opportunity to take their learning in college to a variety of meaningful placements whilst studying, thus enhancing their leadership skills in a practical setting.
Moreover, our teams have been involved in a focus group - led by sportscotland officers at a national level, in order to develop this programme nationally.
