Our People App

Do you want to keep up with what’s going on?  Do you want access to resources at a touch of a finger?  If you have answered yes to both of these  questions, then read on.

We heard you, communications could always be better, and we totally agree, so we've created a downloadable app. The Our People App has been developed as a means of communicating with you, Our People. 

Of course, you don’t have to download the App, but you could be missing out on loads of communication, the app will be the host for lots of useful resources for everyone. 

The benefits of the App include the following;

• An increase of employee engagement with all aspects of the Company not just their ‘home’ venue.

Your protection

The App is manged by the Company and only has Company information detailed. No personal information is held on the App. The App is only accessible to Our People.  As Bagels will be available on the App those that choose to put in personal information have the same security that is in place at present, the information is only shared with colleagues within the Company.  Registration to access the App will be managed by Head Office and no one out-with LAL will be able to access the App. This level of security will also allow us to provide staff only discounts through our reward partners in a secure manner.
