How to book if you're a Live Active Fitness Member
If you’ve signed up to our DD or Annual Fitness Membership then you can book all your favourite classes here.
You can book classes up to 14 days in advance.
All you’ll need to log in is the email address you registered with us when you joined and your unique 4 digit PIN. If you don’t know your 4 digit PIN, you can reset this through your email address registered with us here.
Simply follow the reset instructions sent to your email address and then you’re good to get booking.
If you haven’t registered an email address on your account you can sign up online here or contact our head office 01738 454600 and we’ll get your account up to date.
If you're a Live Active Card holder...
If you’re a current Live Active Card holder you can book and pay for all your favourite classes here.
You can book classes up to 7 days in advance.
All you’ll need to log in is the email address you registered with us when you joined and your unique 4 digit PIN. If you don’t know your 4 digit PIN, you can reset this through your email address registered with us here.
Simply follow the reset instructions sent to your email address and then you’re good to get booking.

If you don’t have a membership or Live Active Card...
If you haven’t joined Live Active you can book and pay for classes online here. Our members get first pick so you will only be able to book for a class on the day.
To register, all we’ll need is some basic details and an email address. You can sign up online here then we’ll email you a PIN for logging in. You’ll then be able to book in and try out our classes.
Have you previously held a Live Active Card or Membership?
Chances are we’ll still have some basic details for you. You may be able to log on if you can remember your password you signed up with, then request a PIN using the forgot PIN link. If you have submitted details that we still have on record then you may need to contact our head office 01738 454600. We’ll be able to assist with your account and get you set up.
