Live Active Leisure is the largest leisure trust in Perth & Kinross with over 300 employees on the team who assist in the operation of our services and venues across an area of 2000 square miles.

We are looking for someone who is well organised has an eye for detail and strong planning skills. The ideal person will be responsible for managing the delivery of the Property Maintenance and Asset Management. No mean task and we would agree.

The role is critical in ensuring our buildings are maintained to a higher standard and meet all regulatory compliance to ensure they remain open and are safe for customers and staff alike.

We need you to be environmentally friendly, proactive and take the lead in developing plans to reduce our energy, carbon and water consumption.

All the above requires effective project management and we might also throw in a few more initiatives along the way that will be required to be managed from inception through to completion.
