Are you a proactive team player with excellent communication skills and high operational and service quality standards? If so this is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the management team based at Dewars Centre/Perth Leisure Pool.

You will lead and supervise ‘front of house’ leisure service staff. In addition, you will also play a full part in the wider management functions such as monitoring the effectiveness of staff, organising duties, budgetary control, health and safety management and application, equipment maintenance, human resources management and sales and promotions.

A First Aid at Work certificate is essential. A HNC or equivalent in a relevant subject is desirable. A RLSS Trainer Assessor, Pool Plant Operator and RLSS National Pool Lifeguard are also desirable (or must be obtained within 2 years of appointment).
