We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team of Duty Leisure Managers at Breadalbane Community Campus.

We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team of Duty Leisure Managers atBreadalbane Community Campus.With an appetite for challenge and a passion for service quality and programmedevelopment you will lead, direct and supervise ‘front of house’ leisure service staff. Inaddition, you will play a part in wider management functions such as monitoring theeffectiveness of staff, organising duties, health & safety management, equipmentmaintenance, human resources management and sales & promotions.

Whilst RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and a Scottish Swimming Teachers Qualification are essential if you don’t have them, then training will be provided.

Standard working week is 37 hours which includes evenings and weekends, there is alsothe opportunity for flexibility on work patterns and hours.
