Stride for Life walks are free, suitable for everyone and a great way to meet people while keeping active in your local community.
There's no need to book, just come along, enjoy a blether while you walk. Walks are typically on flat terrain and last approx 45 mins to 1 hour. All levels and abilities welcome.
