Following the closure of some of our venues today, we are pleased to confirm that all Live Active Leisure venues will return to their advertised opening hours on Saturday 25th January.

An Amber weather warning for wind remains in place for Perth and Kinross until 6am tomorrow morning with a Yellow wind warning then in place between 6am and 3pm. 

There is also a Yellow warning for snow and ice until 11am.

Whilst the weather warnings remain in place customers should take care if visiting our venues and monitor local weather and travel alerts to plan their journey accordingly.

Update: 23/01/25, 16:00

As you will be aware, the Met Office has issued amber and yellow weather warnings for Perth and Kinross on Friday 24 January 2025, as well as a red weather warning for other parts of Scotland. This is likely to cause considerable disruption throughout the day, and has resulted in the closure of some Live Active Leisure venues. 

As a precaution, Perth and Kinross Council have taken the decision to close all Perth and Kinross Schools and Early Learning and Childcare Settings tomorrow.  This includes the Community Campuses in Breadalbane, Strathearn, North Inch, Loch Leven, Blairgowrie and Glenearn. Live Active Loch Leven will also be closed due to a number of staff living in the area covered by the Red warning. 

Our other venues, Perth Leisure Pool, Dewars Centre, Live Active Blairgowrie and Live Active Atholl remain open as normal, but please take extra care when visiting these venues.
