Stride for Life is an award-winning community walking project

Stride for Life Health Walks are designed with your health and happiness in mind!  By downloading a map you can choose to walk at a time that suits you. Our route guides highlight a range of local routes, enabling you to easily include walking into your daily routine.

Family walks at the weekend Walk before work or during lunch Walk once you've droped the kids off

Each route guide will give you; the approximate distance of the walk in miles.  The approximate walking time if you were walking at a slow to moderate pace and some interesting local facts and information about the route.
