•  Swimmers who have had sickness and/or diarrhoea must not swim for at least two days after recovering.  
•  Swimmers who have had diarrhoea diagnosed or suspected as being caused by Cryptosporidium must not swim for 14 days after diarrhoea has stopped. 
•  If children are not fully potty trained, make sure that they are wearing well-fitting swim nappies (available from reception). 
•  Any incident involving contamination of the pool or changing areas must be reported to staff immediately. 
• All swimmers should pre shower thoroughly before entering the swimming pool. 
• If you have a problem with incontinence, make sure you have suitable protection under your swimwear. 
• Use the toilets as you need during your visit. Wash your hands after using the toilet or changing nappies. 
• If you start to feel unwell during your swim, stop and leave the water. 
• If you do have an accident, please let our lifeguards know straight away, so it can be dealt with. Don’t put other people at risk. We understand that accidents do happen.
