Group Activity Sessions: Care Homes and Sheltered Housing

Live Active Leisure support those within Care Environments to become more active

Our qualified, experienced instructors deliver group activity sessions within Care Home and Sheltered Housing Complexes across Perth and Kinross. Participants enjoy the weekly activities both from a social and a physical perspective.

1-to-1 Support: Care at Home

Live Active Leisure’s Care at Home initiative is a service offered to those who are receiving a social care package within their own home.

Our qualified instructors make weekly visits to the homes of referred individuals over the course of a 10-week period where a 1-to-1 bespoke programme of physical activity is designed specifically for the individual, taking into account their needs, limitations and expectations.

Referred individuals are asked to practice simple exercises each week as homework between visits from instructors.

Referrals can be taken from Social Care providers or Health Care professionals.
