Gym Induction
To get started, you’ll need a Gym Induction. If you are comfortable with the gym, opt for our quick online option.
Alternatively, if you’re new to the gym we offer an in-person induction. You’ll get a tour, information on the right equipment for you, and a fitness plan to help get you started.
Our friendly and qualified staff are always on hand to answer any queries you might have.
All our gyms are included in our standard Live Active membership.
Not a member, no problem you can still attend our venues on a pay as you go basis.
