NRASTC is a supervision and rescue award for swimming teachers, coaches and (or) instructors working during programmed activities, such as swimming lessons.
It is suitable for teachers working in a wide range of swimming pools where the water depth is higher than the teachers’ standing depth and meets the individual facility’s Risk Assessment.

Booking Information
If you do not have a Live Active account
Follow the steps below to create an account and book your course:
- Click the ‘Book Here’ link for your chosen course
- Select “Sign Up Now”
- Choose Dewars Centre as your preferred venue
- Select the appropriate age category
- Choose “Live Active Card – Pay As You Go”
- Select “Account Sign Up”
- Click “Continue to Payment”
- Enter your details to create your account
Once your account has been set up, you may need to return to the course page, click the booking link again, and log in using the email address and password you have just created.
